Role Description
FinerRings is more than jewellery, we are a lifestyle brand creating experiences people remember. From viral content to in-store moments and campaign launches, our brand lives where creativity meets strategy. We’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own our content ecosystem and bring bold, high-impact ideas to life across every touchpoint.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts creative thinker and performance-obsessed marketer. You understand what makes content convert, how to guide creators to do their best work, and how to turn data into direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the content planning and scheduling across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, email, paid media and beyond).
- Managing and briefing content creators, using strategic analysis of high-performing content to guide what gets made next.
- Assisting the planning and execution of photoshoot campaigns, from concepts and mood boards to shot lists and rollout.
- Identifying trends, testing new formats, and scaling what works to drive brand growth.
- Ensuring all content feels on-brand, elevated, and unmistakably FinerRings.
- Updating the shopify website with all relevant events across the brand.
- Sending out EDMs weekly, optimising the flows using Klaviyo.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have strong experience in content, digital, or performance-led marketing.
- Understand analytics and performance data and know how to turn it into creative direction.
- Can confidently manage creatives, agencies, and external partners.
- Love both big-picture brand building and hands-on execution.
- Are organised, proactive, and excited by a fast-moving, founder-led brand.
- Have experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
