With a strong online presence and expanding retail footprint, we are entering our next phase of thoughtful growth. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen the operational foundations of the business — ensuring accuracy, efficiency and clarity across retail, eCommerce and wholesale. This role plays a key part in enabling sustainable growth and supporting strong performance across the business.
ABOUT YOU
- 5–10 years’ experience in operations, retail operations or supply chain within a fast-growing consumer or fashion business.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory / ERP systems (e.g. Cin7 / DEAR), Shopify and retail merchandising tools.
- Proven experience operating in a $5–20m business environment with a lean team and end-to-end operational ownership.
- Commercially minded with strong numerical confidence and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a growing business.
- Calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions.
- Highly organised and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are thinking big-picture.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep inventory and product data accurate and aligned across retail, warehouse and online channels.
- Manage purchase orders, stock movements and reconciliations to keep our systems clean and aligned.
- Coordinate wholesale orders end-to-end, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Provide leadership and oversight to warehouse and operations support roles, ensuring clear priorities and accountability.
- Oversee customer service operations, supporting escalations and ensuring issues are addressed at source.
- Provide practical operational and analytical support to ensure our stores are set up for success.
- Support operational delivery for new store builds, activations and archive sales.
- Keep our stores and office running smoothly, coordinating maintenance and facilities as needed.
- Spot opportunities to simplify processes and make the business run more smoothly.
