Role Description
With a strong online presence and an expanding retail footprint, our flagship store on Gertrude Street is at the heart of our brand. We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the Fitzroy store, driving customer experience, sales performance, and store business growth. As Retail Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating Friends with Frank’s flagship store to even greater success.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, develop and lead your team of Retail Stylists.
- Build and nurture authentic relationships with new and existing customers.
- Drive sales performance and store business growth.
- Implement PR and customer-based store marketing initiatives and events.
- Deliver daily and monthly reporting on sales targets, KPIs and insights.
- Oversee inventory management and store business functions, ensuring operational excellence at all times.
- Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising.
