Role Description
This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based in our Abbotsford, VIC office, working for the iconic Australian fashion brand, Gorman by Factory X Pty Ltd. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key part in delivering the brand’s distinctive visual identity and compelling creative campaigns across all digital and print touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and produce high-impact graphic design assets for all Gorman marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
- Collaborate closely with the broader creative and marketing teams to execute the brand’s seasonal campaigns
- Assist with the design and production of digital assets such as website graphics, social media content, email templates, and more
- Prepare print-ready files for use in brochures, catalogues, posters, and other collateral
- Maintain and evolve the Gorman brand identity system to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and proactively recommend new ideas to enhance the brand’s visual appeal
KEY SKILLS

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline

2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion or retail industry

Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Excellent eye for typography, colour, and composition

Proven ability to translate creative concepts into engaging visual assets

Strong time management skills and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

A collaborative mindset and the confidence to present your ideas to stakeholders

Experience with Midjourney, Gemini, Sora and Generative Fill/ Illustrator AI features

After Effects & Figma experience is a plus
