Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an emerging midweight designer who’s ready to take the next step in their career, working across digital and print projects for a fast-paced, dynamic brand in the [beauty/fashion/wellness] space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design and produce on-brand assets across EDMs, websites, social media, paid media and print.
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Designer to execute product launches and brand campaigns from concept through to final delivery.
- Self-manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute designs for events, activations and large-scale campaigns.Monitor competitor creative, industry trends, user experience and design best practice to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Perform photo retouching, editing and image optimisation when required.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for various digital platforms while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
- Create animated assets and GIFs for digital campaigns and social media.
- Have basic knowledge of packaging design to assist with quick edits when needed (nice to have).
KEY SKILLS
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle industries.
- A qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Experience designing for paid social media campaigns and understanding platform requirements.
- Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar e-commerce and email platforms is highly regarded.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing best practice across key channels.
- Highly self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, creative team.
- Must work in Sydney office 2-3 days a week.
