Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a mid level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is crucial for maintaining the high visual standard of the brand, ensuring every customer-facing touchpoint, from our printed lookbooks to our high-performing digital ads, is executed with meticulous detail and unwavering brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the design and production of all day-to-day brand design assets across digital and print channels.
- Design and execute high-quality creative for digital ads across all platforms, paid media, POS collateral, printed lookbooks, packaging mock-ups, hoarding, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director to refine typography, layout, and visual storytelling across all platforms, setting a high bar for quality.
- Maintain and update comprehensive brand guidelines and seasonal toolkits.
- Oversee the flawless rollout of campaign collateral across all formats, ensuring consistency and executional excellence.
- Act as the brand quality control point, providing necessary checks and support to the Creative Assistant/Specialist to ensure their design output aligns with brand standards.
- Oversee and as needed action internal retouching requests for both e-commerce and content imagery, verifying colour matching, formatting, and alignment with brand standards.
- Support the Art Director by proactively solving design and workflow challenges, contributing to efficient creative processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Product teams to understand design needs and deliver effective, data-informed solutions.
- Create brand decks for cross-brand collaborations to visually communicate brand identity and partnership guidelines.
- Participate in creative brainstorms, contributing ideas for campaigns, seasonal content, and evolving the core brand image.
KEY SKILLS
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an established contemporary or luxury fashion brand environment.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- A proven track record of acting as a brand guardian, with a deep understanding of maintaining brand integrity in a competitive, multi-channel landscape.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in file preparation, typographic hierarchy, and pre-press standards.
- Highly organised, proactive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
