We’re looking for an experienced leader with natural essence and magnetic charisma, able to create highly considered, meaningful connections with every guest who steps inside. This role follows a thoughtful five day rhythm, making space for rest, renewal, and inspired contribution. For the right applicant, we are also open to a four day per week model.

- Bring moments of excitement to life through initiatives, boutique activations, and seasonal launches that spark joy.
- Execute beautiful visual merchandising with precision, ensuring our spaces feel considered, inspiring and unmistakably Lucy Folk.
- Oversee inventory flow, stock integrity, and operational rhythms that protect profitability while elevating the customer journey.
- Stay plugged into our community and the broader creative landscape, providing insights that help guide commercial and strategic decisions.
- Deliver insightful reporting and clear communication to Regional and Senior Leadership to support continuous growth and brand evolution.
KEY SKILLS
- 5+ years leadership experience within premium or luxury retail, guiding teams toward excellence in service and sales.
- A celebrator of people — proven ability to elevate performance with measurable commercial success.
- Demonstrated fluency in retail KPIs and P&L management.
- Skilled in embedding change and championing transformation through clear communication and grounded leadership.
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Commercial thinker with strong analytical instincts and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional coach with a passion for developing emerging leaders.
- Inspired motivator who brings calm confidence and direction during busy and challenging moments.
