Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to support the execution of influencer and partnership initiatives across our three fashion brands: Aje, AJE ATHLETICA and Aje Studio. Reporting to the PR & Influencer Marketing Manager, this role will focus on identifying and engaging influencers, executing gifting programs, coordinating campaign deliverables, and supporting the amplification of brand presence across social platforms.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about influencer marketing, highly organised, and eager to contribute to the growth of our brands in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Aje’s influencer and gifting strategy across Aje, AJE ATHLETICA and Aje Studio
- Coordinate influencer gifting programs, ensuring timely seeding and product allocation
- Assist with maintaining an updated influencer database segmented by brand, region, and campaign type
- Research and recommend new influencer talent that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals
- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns and gifting initiatives for product launches, events, and seasonal promotion
- Assist with creating on-brand briefs for talent led campaigns to maximise content impact and ensure cohesive, brand-aligned results
- Track influencer deliverables to ensure content quality, timely posting, and campaign compliance
- Collaborate with the creative and social teams to repurpose influencer content across brand-owned channels
- Ensure influencer content reflects each brand’s creative direction and tone of voice
- Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging influencer trends and opportunities
- Assist with tracking influencer campaign performance using analytics tools and social insights
- Prepare post-campaign reports with key metrics, learnings, and recommendations
- Work closely with PR, Brand, eCommerce, and Paid Social teams to integrate influencer activity into broader brand campaigns
- Manage affiliate relationships with partners or externals such as LTK and through Impact
- Liaise with product and merchandising teams to coordinate product seeding and inventory allocation
KEY SKILLS
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and performance metrics
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with influencer tools/platforms (e.g., Aspire, Traackr, Grin, Upfluence) is a plus
