Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-centric team member to lead our customer service at Lovaan. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, enjoys delivering exceptional client experiences, and has exceptional organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and enquiries.
- Liaise with our distribution centre to manage order concerns, exchanges and returns.
- Facilitate international shipping labels, and ensure orders are tagged/updated in Shopify.
- Track and communicate presale orders or changes to customers.
- Assist with PR send-outs and log all influencer/media product requests.
- Monitor and log customer product requests (restocks, sizing, fit feedback) and report back to the Merchandise team.
