Our business is fast-paced and product-driven, with high product turnover, frequent launches and ambitious growth targets across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. We are entering a significant global growth phase and are building a world-class in-house marketing function to support this.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and scaling global growth for Millie Savage Jewellery.

This role owns end-to-end digital performance across e-commerce, with a strong focus on traffic acquisition, conversion optimisation, revenue growth and brand consistency across international markets, as well as traditional marketing initiatives including retail activations, events and influencer campaigns. The position combines strategic leadership with execution-led delivery and requires a strong commercial mindset.

The Marketing Manager will manage a small in-house team and work closely with founders, creative, retail and operations teams to deliver campaigns that are bold, on-brand and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the global digital marketing strategy for ads, web and EDM’s across all markets
  • Drive scalable growth across Australia, the US and the UK
  • Identify international growth opportunities and optimise channel mix by market and channel
  • Ensure digital strategy supports both e-commerce and retail performance
  • Drive traffic, conversion and revenue through paid digital channels
  • Oversee search, paid social, EDM and website optimisation strategies
  • Optimise digital funnels, customer journeys and conversion rates
  • Work closely with e-commerce stakeholders to support launches and promotions
  • Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions and key brand moments
  • Coordinate campaign rollouts across all channels to ensure consistency and impact
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned with commercial goals
  • Initiate and implement influencer and partnership campaigns
  • Collaborate with PR and brand partners to maximise digital reach and conversion
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer-led initiatives
  • Manage, mentor and develop a small in-house marketing team
  • Set clear priorities, KPIs and expectations for team members
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, retail and operations teams
  • Track, analyse and report on digital performance across all channels
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise campaigns and strategy
  • Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

 

KEY SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Strong background in e-commerce and performance-driven digital marketing
  • Experience within fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands highly regarded
  • Demonstrated success scaling digital growth across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition, conversion and retention strategies
