Role Description
My Mum Made It is a fashion label rooted in sustainability, creative storytelling, and a distinct editorial aesthetic. We are entering an exciting growth stage and are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring vision, leadership and structure to our marketing department.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and its delivery across the brand. It will oversee the entire marketing function including content but not limited to PR, digital advertising and EDM, social media, SEO and most importably performance analytics. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for carefully planning and executing our entire yearly marketing calendar, guiding the marketing team to deliver across campaigns, events, activations, brand storytelling, advertising and launches.
This position requires a creative yet highly performance-driven leader who is both aesthetically aligned with My Mum Made It and confident in operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and delivery of marketing strategy and marketing programme
- Planning and execution of company marketing and event calendar
- Incorporating brand voice, identity and values in all throughout customer journey that involves marketing effort
- Lead, inspire and develop the marketing team across multiple streams
- Translate brand vision into clear strategies and measurable goals.
- Organisation and delivery of campaigns & events with given budgets and ROI targets
- Planning and execution of end-to-end brand campaigns such as photoshoots
- Planning and execution of pop-ups, activations, and events (from concept through logistics, partnerships, and execution).
- Overseeing of product launches, seasonal drops, and sales events.
- Delivery of excellent actionable insights and performance analytics
- Understanding and execution of marketing effort through a defined budget and ROI lens
- Working closely with design and creative teams to build cohesive storytelling
- Stay ahead of fashion, cultural, and digital trends relevant to our brand
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and collaborators
KEY SKILLS
- 5+ years experience in a Marketing Manager (or senior marketing leadership) role, within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- 3+ years of mid/senior role directly responsible in delivery of the entire marketing program for a brand/company with a budget
- 3+ years of proven track record managing marketing teams and cross-functional departments that includes all sides of marketing
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, email marketing and SEO practices
- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivery of customer retention strategies and customer journey pathways
- 5+ years of experience in social media end-to-end management
- 3+ years of deep operational understand of website management and Shopify platforms
- 3+ years of mid/senior role in campaign planning and execution, events, and photoshoots
- 3+ years of mid/senior role in performance analytics, budget management and ROI delivery
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics—must be aligned with My Mum Made Its brand vision, voice and values
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable making strategic decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to balance creativity and commercial focus
- Solid technical skills in Photoshop, Canva, Shopify, general photography/videography, productivity tools, excel and much more
