The Casual Retail Associate is responsible for embodying Mastani’s brand ethos, offering considered styling guidance, and maintaining the boutique’s refined presentation standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, attentive to detail, and confident in building strong client relationships that honour Mastani’s commitment to craftsmanship and timeless design.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalised service that reflects Mastani’s luxury values.
- Offer informed styling advice and demonstrate strong product knowledge across Mastani’s handcrafted collections.
- Build rapport with clients and help foster long-term client relationships.
- Support daily sales activities, including POS transactions and after-sales service.
- Contribute to meeting sales expectations through genuine, client-led interactions.
- Maintain an organised, visually appealing boutique aligned with Mastani’s aesthetic.
- Handle garments with care, including steaming, hanging, and maintaining presentation standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of Mastani’s collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and design philosophy.
- Confidently communicate brand stories and product details to clients.
- Stay up to date with new arrivals, upcoming drops, and key seasonal pieces.
- The position is offered on a casual basis.
