ABOUT YOU
- A graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Passionate about fashion, branding, and digital storytelling.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community (DMs, comments, mentions).
- Track, analyse, and report on social media and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, basic SEO support, and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Collaborate with the creative team on marketing assets, creative briefs, and campaign concepts.
- Optimise website content and assist with e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and share ideas for content, campaigns, and innovative digital strategies.
- Manage all email marketing through Klaviyo.
KEY SKILLS
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
