Role Description
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Operations (Stockroom) Coordinator who embodies Bared’s values and provides exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with our Store Managers to maintain high operational standards and high standards of inventory management, customer order fulfilment, holds and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create genuine, exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations, showcasing Bared’s values.
- Coach, mentor, and collaborate with fellow team members to foster a warm, organised, and supportive environment.
- Maintain a high level of expertise across all footwear, and repair services.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, handle sales, stock movements, and address discrepancies.
- Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click and collect, holds, and inquiries.
- Maintain a safe back-of-house workspace in line with OH&S guidelines and urgently escalate any concerns or opportunities that contribute to a safe workspace.
- Coach and motivate team members to understand inventory-related procedures and expectations
- Lead the store and team in the absence of Store Managers, opening and closing as needed.
KEY SKILLS
- Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday roster
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in footwear or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
- A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- 3ic/keyholder/stockroom management experience is highly regarded
- Commitment to learning and growth, staying updated with company communications and training.
