Role Description
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the brand owner to plan, create, and publish short-form content for social media. You will also assist with influencer/creator outreach, gifting coordination, and user-generated content (UGC) management. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, trend-driven environments.

We are a growing brand in the baby and parenting market, looking for a creative and highly organised freelance Content Creator to join our team. Our goal is to produce engaging, on-trend content that resonates with our audience across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Collaborate on content strategy and creative direction.
- Research and stay across social media trends and the parenting/baby niche zeitgeist.
- Identify relevant content creators for collaborations.
- Coordinate gifting and manage UGC from creators and customers.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain clear communication and organisation of tasks and timelines.
- Must be Sydney-based.
- Demonstrated experience creating social-first content.
- Familiarity with the baby/parenting market or proven interest in the space.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and algorithms.
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality short-form content using a smartphone and/or editing apps.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
