Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative PR & Social Media Coordinator to support PR and social media initiatives. From crafting and sharing engaging content to building relationships with media, influencers, and partners, this role will play a key part in amplifying our brand story.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Social Media Specialist with content scheduling, product tagging, reporting and performance reviews.
- Monitor and engage with social communities, providing insights on trends across TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
- Capture, edit and create content for social media and internal use.
- Assist with monthly planning and attend photoshoots as needed.
- Coordinate PR gifting and briefing documents for talent.
- Manage media enquiries, proactive outreach and media loans.
- Support influencer programs, reporting and coverage monitoring.
- Liaise with centre marketing teams and facilitate requests.
- Support concession and media partners with social activity.
- Assist in planning and delivering events, talent coordination and sample management.
- Manage couriers, samples and deadlines to ensure smooth execution of PR and marketing activities.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
KEY SKILLS
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years’ experience in social media, PR, communications or fashion marketing.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and editing for social media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and social management tools.
- Experience coordinating influencer campaigns, media relations, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Previous exposure to event coordination, product launches, or retail marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, brand storytelling, and content trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with media, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Passion for fashion, social media, and staying ahead of emerging trends.
