Role Description
ARCINA ORI is looking for an exceptional Production Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth flow of our end-to-end production process by coordinating schedules, managing supplier communication, tracking documentation, and supporting garment development from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production timelines and workflows to ensure on-time delivery of collections.
- Support schedule planning from initial sampling through to bulk production and final delivery.
- Communicate with local and offshore suppliers to track order progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure all products adhere to Arcina Ori’s quality and design expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of production orders, supplier updates, and inventory information within internal systems.
- Prepare and update production reports, spreadsheets, and documentation required for decision-making.
- Organise and track production samples through each development stage.
- Ensure samples are reviewed, fitted, approved, and distributed to relevant teams on time.
- Assist in monitoring product quality during sampling and production phases.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues to the Head of Production
- Contribute to the refinement of production systems and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.

- Experience with production management or PLM systems is beneficial.
- Strong data-entry accuracy and documentation management skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
