Role Description
We are growing our team of Retail Assistants and aspiring Store Managers!

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service
- Outfitting, upselling and on-selling our beautiful, timeless product range regularly discussing features, benefits and sustainability
- Effectively processing transactions (from purchases, through to gift vouchers and returns)
- Maintaining a pristine in store environment including cleaning, organising, restocking, pricing and visual merchandising
- Living and breathing ELK as a true brand ambassador
KEY SKILLS
- Experience working in a retail store environment (Women’s Apparel highly regarded)
- Flair for fashion and accessory styling
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Natural affinity with making genuine connections
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Authentic connection and appreciation for ethical and sustainable fashion
