Role Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, the Retail Operation Manager is responsible for setting direction, overseeing the performance, operations, and team leadership of multiple retail stores on a national scale. This role is pivotal in delivering commercial success through the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Retail Operations Manager will lead retail store leadership and their teams to drive KPIs, enhance employee engagement, and maintain brand standards consistently across locations. This role plays a critical part in; elevating our retail experience, developing and supporting retail leadership, and driving growth across a growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Head of Retail you will lead and support 6 store locations across Australia, ensuring consistent operational and service excellence.
- Drive performance across all stores by tracking and exceeding key KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, inventory, etc.).
- Mentor, develop, and motivate store leadership and their teams to achieve team goals.
- Identify training needs and deliver coaching plans that improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and operational procedures.
- Managing stores, providing insights, feedback, and action plans in collaboration with the Head of Retail.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience in multi-site retail management or a strong Store Manager ready for the next step.
- A passion for team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving KPIs and delivering sales growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across locations with strong time management and organisation.
