Role Description
We are seeking a confident, polished, and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Wolford Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion retail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service aligned with Wolford’s luxury brand standards.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Assist in the daily organisation and visual merchandising of the boutique.
- Manage stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and assist with inventory control.
- Uphold store presentation standards and ensure a seamless customer experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Available to work ideally up to 5 days a week.
