Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a Social Media & Content Assistant to join our growing fashion team. This is an exciting entry-level role for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves fashion, and is obsessed with creating engaging, scroll-stopping content.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and digital team to help bring our 3 brands (Sass, Betty Basics, & Fate + Becker) to life across social channels, from Instagram and TikTok to behind-the-scenes content and campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Create and edit short-form content including Reels, TikToks, stories and static posts
- Capture content in-house and on location (product drops, fittings, BTS, photo shoots)
- Manage and schedule the content calendar
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs in a brand-aligned tone
- Track basic performance metrics and assist with reporting on what’s working
- Work with the wider team on product launches, promotions and brand moments
- Stay across social trends, sounds and formats and suggest new ideas regularly
KEY SKILLS
- You love fashion, styling and social media
- You’re confident using Instagram and TikTok (both personally and professionally)
- Comfortable filming and editing content on your phone (CapCut, InShot or similar)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who’s happy to jump in and help wherever needed
- Positive, collaborative and excited to learn and grow
- Experience creating content for a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Basic Canva or Adobe skills
- An understanding of brand tone, aesthetics and storytelling
- Experience working with creators or UGC
