We are seeking a Social Media and Communications Manager to lead the execution and consistency of Bianca Spender’s brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
This role is responsible for translating brand storytelling into compelling digital communications, overseeing social media strategy and execution, managing PR relationships, and ensuring consistency across all written communications.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Brand Director, the Social Media and Communications Manager acts as the custodian of the brand voice, ensuring clarity, consistency and resonance across all communication channels.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital communication and public relations, working closely with the Digital and Merchandising Manager to ensure alignment between brand narrative and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
- Execute Bianca Spender’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Manage the social content calendar including scheduling, publishing and campaign rollouts.
- Translate seasonal campaigns and brand moments into platform-native storytelling.
- Identify reactive and culturally relevant content opportunities aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor performance metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth and content effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement and customer interaction.
COPYWRITING AND BRAND VOICE
Own written communications across all brand touchpoints, including:
- EDM campaigns and automated lifecycle flows
- Website and e-commerce copy
- Product descriptions
- Campaign messaging
- Digital storytelling content
- Wholesale and trade communications
- Maintain a consistent and elevated brand tone across all channels
- Collaborate with the Digital & Merchandising Manager to align messaging with trade and stock strategy
- Support the development of seasonal storytelling frameworks and brand narratives
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Manage PR communications and media relationships.
- Draft press releases and media materials.
- Coordinate Fashion Week and campaign press outreach.
- Track and report on media coverage and PR performance.
- Ensure PR messaging aligns with seasonal campaigns and brand positioning.
INFLUENCER AND BRAND PARTNERSHIPS
- Manage influencer seeding and organic partnerships.
- Identify aligned creators and brand collaborators.
- Coordinate influencer gifting and relationship management.
- Support amplification of key brand moments through partnerships and digital storytelling.
