As the James Street Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the Alpha60 experience to life for our Brisbane community. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build and lead a passionate team from the ground up, drive sales, and shape the culture of a brand-new store. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch and daily operations of our brand new James Street store, overseeing inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a fresh team of retail staff to deliver exceptional Alpha60 experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Create a visually inspiring and organised environment in line with direction from our Melbourne studio team.
- Build meaningful connections with customers and establish Alpha60 within the local community.
- Inspire and lead with positivity, creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating workplace.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to team members.
- Be an ambassador for Alpha60, taking initiative and championing our brand values.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven success in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and a people-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for building and motivating a high-performing team.
