Role Description
Born out of a love for Modern Nostalgia and Timeless Denim washes, Rollas brings an unparalleled level of style, fun and seasonal trends to the world of denim. We are on the lookout for true denim enthusiasts and retail superstars to bring the Rolla’s story and store experience to life in our Rollas Boutique in Church St Brighton
THE ROLE
Working in store Tuesday to Saturday, this role is crucial to the success of the store and team. You will develop a great relationship with our customers and bring our brand to life through sharing your product knowledge and love for denim.
You will lead your team to success by motivating and encouraging a great customer experience that helps every one find their most flattering fit. With a Seasonal Clothing Allowance and Bonus structure, access to and support from the Brand, Design and Marketing teams, the successful candidate will have their eye on all aspects of their business.
Previous experience in retail and a passion for denim is 100% necessary. An interest in fashion, music, art and design is also highly desirable
