Role Description
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Saba Mosman Store and opening in May are looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead the team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a new store launch, build a strong team, and create an incredible customer experience from day one.
Reporting to the State/Regional Manager, this position is responsible for assisting the Manager in maximising store performance through the key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control whilst focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring your passion for retail to life, delivering exceptional customer-focused service telling the brands story of authenticity and confidence.
- Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy
