As the Store Manager, you will set the benchmark for exceptional customer service while fostering a warm and inviting environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, motivating your team, and ensuring the store meets and exceeds its goals.

You’ll play a key role in shaping Temple of the Sun’s future, cultivating meaningful relationships with customers and your team, and driving the growth of an iconic brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and inspiring space where every interaction offers a truly unique client experience.
- Build strong customer relationships, offering expert guidance during VIP and ceremonial appointments for bespoke jewellery.
- Oversee all aspects of retail operations, ensuring alignment with Temple of the Sun’s ethos.
- Strategically and creatively drive the successful launch and growth of the Sydney store.
- Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring to build a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve individual and collective goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with innovative, client-focused strategies.
- Analyse sales data, report on performance, and implement initiatives to sustain growth.
- Champion our service standards, ensuring visual merchandising and customer interactions reflect our identity.
- Oversee inventory processes, stock management, and operational efficiency with attention to detail.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards in a well-organised store environment.
- Act as the central communication point between your team, clients, and the head office to align with business objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in the Sydney store’s successful launch, positioning it as a flagship retail destination.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract and engage VIP clients, including exclusive events and creative clienteling.
KEY SKILLS
- Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Store Manager or equivalent role, within the jewellery sector.
- Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering personalised experiences and fostering meaningful client relationships.
- Sales Expertise: A proven track record of driving sales and building VIP networks with clienteling expertise.
- Team Management Skills: A history of mentoring and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
