Role Description
The Standard Store is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Fitzroy location. As a destination for contemporary fashion and curated style, we’re looking for someone who embodies our aesthetic while bringing strong leadership and retail expertise to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Fitzroy store, driving sales performance while creating an exceptional customer experience.

- Building strong relationships with customers and creating a welcoming environment that keeps them coming back is essential.
- You’ll also handle staff rostering, training, and development while maintaining our store’s aesthetic and brand standards.
