MUSE, Relove is a rent-a-rack boutique for preloved fashion lovers and style curators. We’ve been proudly offering a curated space for women to sell their wardrobes and shop consciously. After being nominated as Business of the Year 2025, we’re looking for someone to join our next chapter.

You’re fashion-aware, love meaningful conversations, and thrive when you’re running the show. You’re confident on the shop floor, can manage daily operations independently, and you know how to make people feel welcome and seen. Most importantly, you believe fashion should be fun, expressive, and shared.
Key Responsibilities
FASHION AND STYLING
- Share styling advice and fashion tips with customers using your eye for detail and understanding of brands, shapes and fabrics.
- Keep the store looking fresh, curated and seasonally on point.
- Maintain quality control by understanding what items best suit our boutique’s standards.
RACK RENTAL SALES AND CLIENT ONBOARDING
- Confidently promote our rent-a-rack model to customers and potential sellers. This is the core of our business!
- Take bookings and payments on the spot, and get clients excited about selling with us.
- Help clients set up their seller account and price their items.
- Ensure racks are booked and used efficiently to keep the store vibrant and profitable.
- Client administration is the pillar of our business – diligence and attention to detail are paramount for seamless clients connections.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
- Provide warm, friendly service while helping customers navigate the store and find pieces they love.
- Build lasting relationships with shoppers and clients – many of them return again and again.
- Educate new visitors on how our concept works and turn interest into bookings.
DAILY STORE OPERATIONS
- Receive and prep new items for sale from our consignors.
- Upsell and cross-sell items to maximise revenue.
- Stay on top of admin: logging bookings, sales, messages, and client updates.
- Keep the day flowing – we love initiative and getting things done.
