Role Description
The Standard Store is an independent retail business , selling hard to find international brands from around the globe. If you are passionate about fashion, have an innate sense of style and a flair for engaging customers both in store and in the digital world then we would love to hear from you. Previous fashion retail experience is an absolute prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and advice on the shop floor.
- Drive sales by building lasting and meaningful relationships with clients.
- Assist with merchandising, stock management and visual displays.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and presentation in store and make sure that day to day operations run smoothly.
- Help create create and curate engaging content on our social media platforms.
- Capable to work autonomously and to wear many hats in a small business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker who can bring their individual ideas to our business.
