Role Description
UTURN is leading the Australian circular fashion economy with our carefully selected second-hand vintage and designer clothing and accessories.
We believe that sustainability in fashion means positive opportunity for customers, the environment, and our community. With a fast-growing number of stores across Sydney’s most fashion-forward locations, we look forward to welcoming applications for our below store locations:
- Newtown
- Rozelle
- Bondi Junction/Bondi Beach
Must have full/flexible availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and retail sales experience (preferred but not required for the right candidate).
- Be open-minded and take the initiative.
- Have a fantastic can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Inventory processes and high-volume turnover of stock.
- Focus on sales and customer service.
- A passion for second-hand clothing and fashion.
- An unwavering commitment to our UTURN service standards.
- Sound knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- The ability to form relationships and foster customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English).
- Ability to make professional decisions.
- The right to work in Australia with no work limitations.
- Available to work on weekends.
