We are now recruiting for a full-time Dispatch & Production team member, reporting to our Dispatch Manager and Warehouse & Production Operations Manager. This is a hands-on role, where you will be packaging our garments to precise instructions to ensure that our product arrives immaculately presented to our customer.
We are looking for a team member with an appreciation for women’s fashion, an eye for detail and someone who takes pride in their work. You will be reliable, computer literate, a good communicator and a forward thinker. You will also need to demonstrate initiative and have an energetic approach to multitasking whilst maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick / package and dispatch orders on a daily basis
- Prepare daily shipping manifest when needed
- Frontline coordinator for inward and outward goods
- Assist with stock takes
- Unpack and handle returns daily
- Assist with stock enquiries
- Shopify experience is preferred but not essential
- Support team members and provide direction when needed
- Communicate with the internal CX team to manage messages and requests
- Some heavy lifting is required (moving incoming fabric rolls, stock & reorganising of stock – imagine getting paid to stay fit!)
- Pick sales orders accurately.
- Verify address labels with invoices.
- Package orders, ensuring garments packed correspond with garments ordered and that the invoice name matches the postage label name.
- Follow the packing guide – minimum of 100+ orders per day during peak times.
- Process all returns on time bi-weekly as set out by the Dispatch Supervisor.
- Follow and complete returns procedures consistently.
- Conduct quality control on all bulk orders; work autonomously while complementing the efforts of the Dispatch Agent, Dispatch Manager, and Production & Warehouse Ops Manager.
- Support the Dispatch Manager by keeping the line sheet printed and up to date at all times.
- Accurately record all stock entering and leaving the business.
- Be open to new methods when asked by management.
- Contribute new ideas and efficiencies drawn from your own background.
- Conduct accurate Quality Control on all bulk deliveries, measuring garments and ensuring they are to spec.
- Inspecting Garment quality.
- Coordinate collection and deliveries with outworkers for bulk production.
- Create, receive, and fulfil supplier purchase and production orders—ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and coordinate incoming and internal stock for quality checks, labelling, ticketing, and entry into inventory for each release.
- Transfer quality-controlled product to Dispatch with clear, concise paperwork.
- Provide overall production coordination support in line with Dispatch Manager’s requirements.
- Willingness to learn how to lay and cut samples on the fabric cutting machine when fabric cutter is on annual leave.
KEY SKILLS
- Garment Construction Knowledge & Understanding, Fashion experience is adventurous
- Work experience in a fast paced Retail, Customer Support, or the Fashion Industry is preferable
- High energy for the physical work and excellent attention to detail
- Initiative, with can do attitude
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with all kinds of people
- Remains calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, problem solve and manage time effectively
- Must be deadline driven and self-motivated to achieve deadline outcomes
- Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A keen interest in women’s fashion
- Shopify experience with good computer literacy
