We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Marrickville. This role plays a key part in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
You will drive stock accuracy, maintain high quality standards, support fulfilment timelines, and contribute to a well‑structured, smooth‑running warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations
- Lead regular stock audits and minimise discrepancies
- Investigate stock variances across retail, wholesale, SYD, 090, and non‑sale areas
- Support sample shipping (XPR)
- Perform daily receiving, put-away, picking, and packing
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Work closely with couriers and external partners
- Support online and physical warehouse sales
- Contribute ideas for process improvements
- Conduct QC on all stock entering and leaving the warehouse
- Oversee repairs and maintain high product standards
- Provide QC training when required
- Fulfill online orders and Endless Aisles requests to brand expectations
- Liaise with Customer Relations on delays or issues
- Package parcels according to brand guidelines
- Achieve a ≤0.5% packing error rate and zero faulty‑item returns
- Prepare and send stock to retail stores in line with the merchandiser schedule
- Document all deliveries and maintain accurate records
- Communicate weekly despatch updates to Head Office
- Book couriers and manage dispatch paperwork
- Coordinate wholesale deliveries and meet all delivery windows
- Manage RAs and ensure timely processing
KEY SKILLS
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally across multiple teams
- Experienced in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operations (preferred)
- Familiar with Harmony, Shopify, or Shippit (advantageous)
