Role Description
We are House of Quirky, wholesalers of our brands MINKPINK and Staple The Label. We are currently looking for a highly organised Wholesale Sales Coordinator to support global sell in across all stages of the sales cycle, from range setup and agent handovers through to in season execution and post sell reconciliation. This role plays a critical part in delivering premium sales assets, seamless showroom and Joor operations, and accurate reporting, while partnering closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and agents to ensure a best in class wholesale experience. This is a 3 month contract with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in wholesale sales coordination, sales operations, or a similar role within fashion or apparel.
- Strong working knowledge of Joor and AP21.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with agents, sales teams, buyers and internal departments.
- Strong understanding of sales materials including rangebooks, line sheets, price lists, and showroom presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, with confidence producing reports and trackers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and brand standards.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain global wholesale ranges in Joor, including SKUs, banners, homepages, and range setup.
- Create and manage seasonal sales materials such as rangebooks, line sheets, price lists, samples, and Dropbox folders.
- Coordinate wholesale EDMs across pre sell, in season, and closing sales periods.
- Maintain the showroom to a premium brand standard and support collection showings and appointments.
- Conduct agent handovers and present collections, including fit changes, design notes, and product updates.
- Support agents throughout the sales period with ATS reports, product highlights, and Joor communications.
- Assist with end of sell processes including reporting, cancellations, reconciliations, and order syncing.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of stock orders, RA processing, and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, e commerce, and marketplace teams on content, transfers, and ad hoc reporting.
