Role Description
Windsor Smith is an Iconic Footwear Brand that has the hottest fashion footwear available all year round for Men and Women who requires an experienced Content/Social Media Specialist to join our team.
As the Content/Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media for Windsor Smith Men’s.
The focus is to continue to build on the social media marketing deliverables with the goal of creating brand awareness as well as driving increased customer engagement and growth.
PROFILE
If you consider yourself a passionate social media native who lives and breathes social and have 2-3 years experience growing brands exposure across social media platforms we want to hear from you.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal posses a strong enthusiasm to unearth new ideas and social media innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the social calendar for Windsor Smith Men’s.
- Elevate the brands by executing monthly marketing campaigns across social media platform suite.
- Design, create and implement content for social posts across all social channels.
- Manage data models around measurement of cost effective operations, and recommend areas of opportunity for future growth.
- Interact and respond to customers enquiries through social media.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and upcoming trends-specifically Instagram and Facebook.
- Influencer Partnerships – Reach out and connect with influencers and stylist to create engaging content.
- Liaise with third party videographers to create video content for social channels and in-store TVs.
- Create, monitor and report on Facebook Ads to drive conversations and brand awareness.
EXPERIENCE
- Facebook Ads Manager/Power editor.
- Facebook Business Manager.
- Content scheduling systems – Schedugram.
- Analytic insights – Iconosquare, Google Analytics.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- Photography and photo editing skills are highly preferred.
