Role Description
WHO ARE WE?
Yours Only is an Australian-made, female-founded skin and haircare brand created for sensitive skin.
The idea started off the back of Ashli Templer’s lifelong experience with skin and health conditions, where she couldn’t find anything on the market that suited her sensitive body, and also looked cute on her bathroom vanity. Yours Only launched in August 2020 with two products, CLEAN and COAT, and now have a full multi-use range suitable for the whole family. Based in Richmond, Melbourne, days are spent making fun content, talking to community members and growing the brand through social presence.
In 2024, Yours Only launched into over 300 Priceline stores nationwide. In 2025, the brand expanded into Chemist Warehouse New Zealand, with global expansion on the horizon. With big plans for the next 12 months, we’re looking for the right person to join us on the journey.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee and manage all social media and marketing platforms, working closely with our Content Coordinator and content editors to bring ideas to life. You’ll be supported and led closely by the founder across all touchpoints, from strategy and campaigns through to tone of voice, performance, and creative direction.
We’re looking for someone with 3–4 years’ experience in social media and marketing — either brand-side or agency-side, who understands how content, performance, and growth all work together.
This role is perfect for someone who’s genuinely obsessed with content ideas, social media, customer acquisition, and performance. If you have experience in beauty, e-commerce, or founder-led brands, that’s a huge plus, but mindset matters most.
WHAT DOES OUR DREAM PERSON LOOK LIKE?
- Full-time and able to work from our Richmond office 2–3 days per week.
- Genuinely obsessed with social media — you’re always ahead of trends, not catching up to them.
- Loves coming up with original, engaging content ideas that actually stand out (not recycled trends).
- A strong communicator — clear, thoughtful, and confident when collaborating across the team.
- Deep hands-on experience across Instagram and TikTok, with a proven understanding of what drives growth, reach, and engagement.
- Comfortable using data and performance insights to inform content ideas and strategy.
- Proven success growing TikTok audiences and engagement.
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-sufficient once given direction.
- Takes ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do, you see opportunities and act on them.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
You’ll be joining a fast-growing team that’s genuinely invested in helping you level up your career. With a lot happening behind the scenes, you’ll be closely involved in new product launches, international expansion, community events, and the day-to-day building of a founder-led brand.
This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll help grow a community of engaged, passionate customers — and learn directly from the founder across every touchpoint. Your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll be encouraged and actioned.
This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse performance across Meta and TikTok ads, translating results into clear content direction, creative testing plans, and new concepts that drive reach, engagement, and revenue.
- Own and manage the marketing and content calendar, ensuring all activity is planned, cohesive, and strategically aligned across organic, paid, email, and web.
- Deep-dive into customer personas, identifying growth opportunities and building content and creative plans to unlock new and under-tapped audiences.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery across all platforms that feels fresh, varied, on-brand, and intentional.
- Lead, manage, and support the Content Coordinator, interns, and freelancers, providing clear direction, feedback, and workflows to maintain output and quality across TikTok, Instagram, and other organic channels.
- Oversee monthly content and performance reporting, surfacing key insights, learnings, and recommended actions to continuously improve results.
- Plan and execute 2–3 EDMs per week, owning copy and briefing designers with clear concepts, layouts, and performance objectives.
- Edit and refine content in CapCut where required to improve speed, quality, or creative performance.
- Collaborate closely with the broader team to conceptualise campaign ideas, launches, and promotional moments across paid, organic, email, and web.
- Stay ahead of social, influencer, and creator trends, proactively identifying opportunities that keep the brand culturally relevant and differentiated.
- Use AI and emerging tools to improve content ideation, creative output, and workflow efficiency.
- Support influencer initiatives by contributing creative ideas and helping oversee content deliverables to ensure they’re on-brand and delivered on time.
- Champion brand tone of voice and visual standards, ensuring all outward-facing content feels distinctly Yours Only.
