‘Hatched’ National 2025 Graduate Show

Hatched returns.
Now in its 34th year, the Hatched National Graduate Show returns as Australia’s leading showcase of emerging artistic talent hosted by the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art. Featuring works across all mediums, the exhibition brings together 23 recent art school graduates from across Australia, spotlighting bold new voices exploring themes of colonial legacy, resilience and protest.
On After Dark Opening Night, Friday August 1, Hatched alumnus Archie Moore returns to Boorloo as guest judge for the Dr Harold Schenberg Arts Awards, with $50,000 in prizes awarded during the celebration. The opening weekend also features artist talks and tactile tours as part of Weekends at PICA on Saturday August 2 , followed by art-making activities for all ages at Hatched Family Day on Sunday August 3.
