adidas has released a ~lavish~ new Stan Smith with 24k gold detailing

Just when we thought adidas HQ couldn’t possibly have any more ideas, they throw a gold spanner in the works.

The brand is giving the Stan Smith silhouette a lavish upgrade, incorporating 24k gold-coloured accents onto the classic tennis shoe. The heel tab, side text and tongue branding have been given a jazzy upgrade, adding a splash of luxury to the classic style.

Retailers in Europe are slowly starting to roll out the shoe, however Australia will have to wait a while before getting some gold glam into our lives. Tear.
