Every time Nike designers are set to produce their next collection, they make sure they get as much insight from athletes as possible.

For their latest drop, inspiration was drawn from the everyday life of an athlete. They considered the needs of sportspeople from a range of skill levels, whether they work out a couple of times a week or spend as much time in the gym as Serena Williams.

The Nike team concluded that all athletes experience fluctuating body temperatures and are in need of garments that respond to varying intensities of activity.

Cotton and nylon are combined to create this latest fabric of the future.
