The Hands Down Project

Helping to end domestic violence.

Domestic violence is the silent killer effecting our sisters, mothers, daughters and friends.

With one woman killed nearly every week in Australia due to domestic violence, it’s our responsibility to speak up and effect change.

The Hands Down Project is a collaboration between local creatives PER-TIM, As Is Projects and music collective LISTEN to raise awareness for the Domestic Violence Resource Centre of Victoria (DVRCV).

This Sunday November 29, The Hands Down Project will be throwing a celebration of women’s talent in Brunswick East to raise funds for the DVRCV.

The afternoon will be taken care of by the blissful sounds of Banoffee, DJ Susan and AIYA, along with some giant prize packs to be raffled off.

Notable collabs include PER-TIM x As Is Projects launching their pillowcase project, bringing you the dreamy designs of Eloise Rapp available for purchase.

With all proceeds going to the DVRCV, it’s the perfect excuse to get down this Sunday and support a cause close to all of us.

Tickets are $10 on the door, so come along and support the stamping out of domestic violence in Australia for good.
