Um, Kanye West pop-ups are coming to Melbourne and Sydney this weekend

Praise Yeezy.

Human headline, superstar and self-proclaimed god, Kanye West, will be opening pop-up stores across the globe this weekend, with Melbourne and Sydney making the cut.

Revealing via Twitter that 21 stores will be opening worldwide, the pop-up comes in the wake of his divisive new album Life of Pablo.

Yeezy has opened Aussie pop-ups in the past, coinciding with his last world tour and generating lines that snaked around the block. By all accounts, this will be no exception. The stores are rumoured to stock limited merch revolving around his new album, including hoodies, jackets and swimsuits.

Of course, the exact locations are being kept a tightly held secret. Stay tuned to West’s website for any further developments. However, we’ve heard whispers that a creative – some might say magical – space in Collingwood might be looking particularly busy this weekend.
