Here’s a close-up of the Comme des Garçons x Nike Cortez platform sneakers

Back in March, Comme des Garçons previewed a take on the Nike Cortez sneaker at Paris Fashion Week – updating the sneaker to feature an outrageously high platform.

Now, the style is on its way to consumers, and the silhouette is every bit as extra as we remember.

The CDG sneaker is constructed from a white leather upper, paired with a black-and-white striped platform. You can also expect an oversized Nike swoosh on the side panel, and Comme des Garçons branding on the insole.

There’s still no word on whether the style will hit Australian shores, but apparently they’ve just launched internationally.
