Karen Walker has unveiled a bridal collection for those gearing up to say ‘I do’

Here comes the bride.
If you’re preparing to walk down the aisle but have yet to experience your emotional ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ moment, your chance may be approaching.
Karen Walker has just debuted a bridal collection, bringing blushing brides-to-be a lush range of made-to-order gowns, engagement rings and wedding bands.
The dresses are ethereal and intricate, boasting delicate embroidery and floral lace. For those after something a little less traditional, the collection offers a diverse mix of designs, including tailored pantsuits and above-the-knee silhouettes.
On the jewellery front, bands and rings incorporate signature Karen Walker motifs, from arrow-heads to starbursts. Each of the 14 designs is made bespoke, trumping the classic wedding band and instead bringing us geometric shapes and stackable designs.
Those already enamoured with the collection will need to book their flights to the Karen Walker Atelier suite in New Zealand for a personal fitting. While you’re there, you can make your way downstairs to the Ponsonby Road boutique and ogle the accompanying jewels.
