General Pants Co. celebrates Mardi Gras with amazing window display

Proud of our genes.

General Pants Co. is celebrating equality in the lead up to the annual Sydney Mardi Gras festival.

To show their support of the LGBTIQ community, the Pitt Street Mall and Oxford Street stores will feature window art of Mardi Gras Official Ambassador Shane Jenek, next to his alter ego Courtney Act. For those who can vaguely recall her name, you may remember Ms Act from the first Australian Idol semi-finals.

Jenek is the perfect choice for the campaign and the Mardi Gras, making it his mission to let kids know it’s okay to be different. He continues to empower through his own endeavours, aiming to prove that “you can’t keep a good b*tch down.”

We too want everyone to feel good about their genes and so are completely loving this campaign. As Courtney Act states, let’s “spread a big glittery rainbow of fun across the country.”
