A floating open-air cinema is coming to Sydney

Forget the Drive-In.

It’s that time of year again: movie screenings are heading outdoors and now, a floating open-air cinema is coming.

A first for Sydney, the experience includes a boat trip where you can gorge on food and drinks while watching a movie from the top deck. You’ll be on board for three hours, cruising around Sydney Harbour.

Floating Cinema kicks off in December, showing a selection of Christmas movies and classic films.

Tickets go on sale from today, with screenings running all through summer.
