There’s a fourth Powerpuff Girl coming and now our whole childhood is a lie
So many questions.
I’m not sure about any of you, but my childhood was spent watching The Powerpuff Girls fight crime and battle the forces of evil every day. I knew that show and its characters like the back of my hand.
So you can imagine my surprise upon learning that a fourth Powerpuff Girl is on her way. I feel like my entire childhood has been a lie.
First of all, where has she been for the last 19 years? What colour will she be? Will she be as sassy as Buttercup? Does she even possess the secret ingredient Chemical X?
I’m not sold on this fourth sister yet, but apparently all will be revealed in a five-part movie event on September 23 via Cartoon Network.
In the meantime, all we have is her silhouette to go by. To be honest, I’m more concerned about how a fourth character will fit into the already jam-packed theme song.
