Calling all skaters and fashion lovers, MADE Sydney kicks off tonight

Weekend sorted.

If you’re still wondering what to do this weekend, we may have just made your plans.

MADE Sydney, Presented by Mercedez Benz kicks off today.

Following on from events in NY and LA, the Sydney iteration of the fashion event will be the first ever held outside of the United States.

The three-day celebration of the intersection between fashion and skate brings together live music, fashion, skating competitions, exhibits and live art installations.

Tonight, the global premiere of the documentary, The High Life: Slim Aarons, will premiere alongside an exhibit of Slim Aaron’s photography. Emma Mulholland will also be covering the new Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe with her designs.

There’ll be a Style + Skate competition and a chance to skate a replica of the San Francisco skateboarding bowl the Hubba Hideout.

Parisian label Faith Connexion will debut its first ever fashion show, and there will also be a retail component, allowing guests to shop brands including 69, MadeMe, Misbhv, Places + Faces, Lessons Concept Store, Life’s a Beach and Faith Connexion.

And to keep you feeling full, there’ll be a host of food trucks and bars onsite.

Tickets to the event are available here.
