Facebook reveals ‘see less’ feature for post-breakup relief

No more inspirational breakup quotes.

Broken hearts and bitter exes rejoice, Zuckerberg’s got your back.

Facebook has today begun testing tools to help people manage their social media interaction post-breakup.

In other words, they’ve unveiled a ‘see less’ option to limit the interactions you have with your former partner.

You no longer have to post an inspirational post-breakup quote to show your partner how well you’re doing, because they won’t see it.

Better yet, you won’t accidentally fall into a drake-encouraged shame spiral of sorrow and regret when a photo of them pops up in your newsfeed.

The new feature includes the option to prevent posts of former partners from showing up in your newsfeed, and won’t suggest their name when tagging or searching.

It’s basically unfriending your ex-partner without unfriending them.

And better yet, they won’t know about it.

Thank you Facebook for protecting our hearts.
