Bring in the New Year with a stacked lineup including Dom Dolla, Kid Cudi, Turnstile and JoJo.

A perfect New Year’s Eve doesn’t exist… right? We’re more than happy to be proven wrong and Beyond the Valley may just be the ones to do it as 2025 rolls into a sparkling 2026. Taking hold of the beautiful Barunah Plains in Western Victoria over December 28 to January 1, Australia’s largest camping music festival is planning the ultimate birthday party.

Headlining the massive 10-year celebration is one of the biggest pop girlies taking over the world stage, Addison Rae, marking her Australian festival debut. Also headlining is Australia’s own unstoppable force of electronic music, Dom Dolla, as well as Hip-Hop legend Kid Cudi, Baltimore hardcore band Turnstile and throwback pop artist, JoJo.

If past lineups are anything to go by (previous headliners include Nelly Furtado, The Veronicas and Kaytranada), the festival will also be host to a range of artists from every corner of the musical spectrum. Spacey Jane, I Hate Models, KETTAMA, Chris Stussy, Ben Böhmer, The Temper Trap, Luude, 070 Shake, DJ HEARTSTRING, VTSS, SWIM, Pegassi, Channel Tres, Balu Brigada, Fcukers, Jane Remover, Mallrat and Miss Kaninna make up just the tip of the iceberg that Beyond the Valley will crash into this NYE.

While explosive live music will be soundtracking the event, you can also expect a curation of everything you’d want at a festival – sleek all-night parties, immersive stages, hidden clubs zones, and a whole lot more. Think of it like a runway of the most iconic parts of Beyond the Valley for the last decade – recasted, remixed and reimagined.

The trio of main stages that mark the melting pot of music at the festival will return, each draped in fresh colour and gleam. Valley Stage is reborn thanks to a collaboration with UK-based creative studio, Vision Factory, while Dance Dome has undergone an exciting makeover. Everybody’s favourite Dr Dan’s will once again be the arena for late-night shenanigans.

Seasoned festival-goers will find fresh alcoves to explore, as well as a plethora of revamped installation experiences. Being introduced this year is The Lounge Room, hosting a program of podcasts by The Daily Aus, as well as conversational salons, evening cinema experiences and plenty more. The Beach Club is also getting a slick makeover, taking on the new name of The Palms Pool House while still offering all the usual delights to help you cool off.

As for long-time friends of the festival, Poof Doof returns with their series of intoxicating DJ sets, drag queens and the iconic Yummy crew at Cirque Du Slay, while Vanessa’s Place is back again with interactive installations and relaxing areas to offer partiers a place to recharge between sets.

The music and mayhem continues well beyond the stages at Beyond the Valley. In addition to the three major music hotspots, festival-goers can experience the lights and sounds of the Jack Daniel’s House Party, Red Bull Unforeseen, and Smirnoff Schmall Klub activations – some of which have featured surprise DJ appearances in past years.”

For punters wanting to take a well-deserved break from partying, The Sanctuary is offering an oasis of wellness with experiences like meditation, massage, sauna and cold plunges to revive you between heated dance-floor performances.

As the country’s largest camping festival, attendees can join a community on the festival grounds with either general or premium camping – or, in one of Beyond the Valley’s ritzy accommodation packages. The lush packages offer pre-pitched tents, so you can roll into the site and get down to the stages without needing to set up. Those after a more glamping experience can check out the decadence at Lux Camp and the brand new Signature Package, both of which grant access to the exclusive Valley Club.

For the uninitiated, the Valley Club is an elevated members-only experience. Back by popular demand, the Valley Club returns with resort-style features that cement Beyond the Valley’s reputation as no ordinary festival for premium offerings. At the Valley Club, you can expect everything from a private bar and beauty station to a badminton court and gorgeous al fresco lounging.

For those who prefer to rest their head at off-site accommodation, that can easily be arranged. You can even curate your tickets to match your festival style. Four-day, three-day, two-day, NYE-only and single-day options let you design your own festival, with bundles to help groups book easily with tickets and car passes.

The last 10 years of Beyond the Valley has been building up to this – world-class music with some of the most iconic artists, parties, relaxation, and a celebration of community and culture. Needless to say, the perfect New Year’s Eve might be just around the corner at Barunah Plains.
