Lucianblomkamp releases an anti-pop single

By Ruby Staley

Hauntingly good.

Melbourne’s own Lucianblomkamp is back with a brand-new single featuring his refined anti-pop sound.

Titled Sound of The Morning, it has an easy beat to bop along to with added elements of house and R&B, communicating the emotion behind the track.

With a slightly-haunting, cyclic bass undermining the song, the artist’s voice and songwriting take front and centre. And rightly so. His lyrics are complemented by his sophisticated percussion expertise, the latter of which has matured in this latest release.

The classically-trained electronic artist has a growing number of writing and producing credits, working with the likes of Teischa, Eliott, Jeida Woods, Ojikae, Moss Kena and consistently with 6LACK.
