Transforming straight hair into beautiful and bountiful curls is a little like alchemy. As with all sciences, it takes a precise and dedicated touch to get it right. Perming takes many steps to complete and if something along the way goes haywire, it’s not going to be pretty. Think mega frizz, breakage and hair that is fried beyond resuscitation.
